ABOUT ME
Hi, thanks for visiting my page! I’m Helen Mercercox the founder of Camomile Lawn, I’m based near Horsham, West Sussex, in the UK and am a lover of yoga, walking in the woods where I live or maybe by the sea which isn’t too far away, curling up with a book & a cup of tea or when its warm & sunny out on my paddleboard.
I am a yoga teacher, offering both in person classes and online, I am a Reiki practitioner, an EcoNidra certified teacher, I host tea ceremonies and I am a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate & a trainee aromatherapist.
I am a great believer in following natures lead and living with the seasons, with this in mind I offer Seasonal Holistic Wellness Online Programs, my yoga classes are themed around the seasons and my offering all have the magic of essential oils woven through.
